Are the pricing packages fixed or can they be adjusted?
The listed prices reflect a standard scope of work. If your situation calls for something slightly different — a smaller team, a narrower focus area, or additional sessions — we're happy to discuss an adjusted scope. Get in touch and we'll talk through the options.
Will our business data remain confidential during the engagement?
Yes. We treat all client data with care and do not share or retain business information beyond what is needed for the engagement. For longer projects we can formalise this in a confidentiality agreement.
Do you provide ongoing support after the engagement ends?
